As a Captain running snorkel & dive tours for 15 years in the Caribbean, I was not impressed. However, my opinion is not that of the average tourist but of someone whos worked in the same industry. One of the crew directed us away from the area instead of to the office to check in, which was requested. This didnt start our trip off on a good note.
