“The class was great! We really enjoyed the class and the the instructors gave us a lot of cooking tips that made a lot of sense. The food was REALLY good and there was a lot of history behind the meals themselves and the significance of the ingredients, and why each ingredients is important to the dish. The instructors are very knowledgeable about the dishes and very nice and I know their families enjoy their cooking a lot! I loveeddd the jerk chicken and the jerk BBQ. I hope to come back soon and join the other classes and learn about and try even more dishes.”
